Shipping times are not included in the stated turnaround times.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail with full tracking. Once items are sent, Stephanie Designs has no control or responsibility over the items. 

During unforeseen circumstances such as strikes or delays with Royal Mail, then an alternative courier may be used. You will be notified of this and tracking again will be available.
