The turnaround is stated at the top of every page. We always aim to dispatch your order within the turnaround stated, however during busy periods orders may be delayed for reasons beyond our control such as postal delays. By ordering on www.stephaniedesigns.co.uk

you are accepting the stated turnaround. It is your own responsibility to order within good time if the item is intended as a gift. 

 

All crystals are placed by hand with a strong adhesive that is specifically for rhinestones. However, all items should be treated like a piece of jewellery - do not pick at them, drop them, keep them in busy handbags/pockets or expose them to over heated areas as the glue may soften causing the crystals to become loose. We do offer a free repair service for the first 3 months of your order arriving. After 3 months, repair kits can be purchased for £3 (Includes small pot of glue and small bag of crystals)

It is your own responsibility to check the key matches the case you purchase. (If you are unsure then please email before placing an order.) As each item is handmade and base cases are purchased for your order, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. In the rare case of the item being faulty or damaged upon arrival the item will either be repaired or a new one sent. You may cancel an order within 48 hours to do this please email. Stephanie Designs is not liable for customs charges outside the UK, orders will NOT be refunded if you decide to not pay these charges.

HOW DO I PICK THE COLOURS FOR MY ITEM? 

On each page there is a box to type your design request, with colours being chosen from the " crystal colours page" . If you do not see the colours you want or want more than one colour this is absolutely fine, just leave a note of your ideas and we can get back to you to discuss. This is the same if you are wanting initials, pearls, embellishments. Just add your request to the messages. We will email you if there are any issues with your requests. If you do not leave a note or fail to respond to emails within 3 days ,your order will be cancelled and refunded.
