HOW DO I PICK THE COLOURS FOR MY ITEM? 

On each page there is a basic option to select colours. If you do not see the colours you want or want more than one colour, please add this in the notes section upon checking out. This is the same if you are wanting initials, pearls, embellishments. Just add your request to the messages. We will email you if there are any issues with your requests. 


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Turnaround time is between 2-4 weeks for UK orders. This is from the moment payment is received until you receive the item. If you require the item for a date sooner than the turnaround time then please add this too your message upon checkout. Around busy periods (Christmas) the turnaround time will increase. For orders outside of the UK please email so we can give you an idea of the turnaround time depending on location. 


IM ORDERING AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT? 

Fab! Sparkly key covers and accessories will make a perfect gift! The cut off date for these to be with you in time is november 1st 2020 . Any orders placed after this date may not be with you in time. As it's a Christmas gift, just let us know via the notes box and we can make sure our logo or returns address isn't as obvious on the packaging. Again please ensure the key  cover you are purchasing matches the key you intend the case to be for.


WILL THE CRYSTALS/PEARLS FALL OFF?

All crystals and pearls are placed one by one, by hand. The glues used are specifically for rhinestones and plastics. As long as you do not harshly drop or knock your cases they will not fall off. Please be extra careful with keeping your key covers/accessories in a bag as it may get bumped. We do include spare crystals and pearls in the unfortunate case you damage your case. We also offer a repair service and repair kits are also available for free within 3 months of your purchase. After the 3 months you will be expected to pay £2.50 for a repair kit and delivery cost.


CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

It is your own responsibility to check the key matches the case you purchase. If you are unsure then please email before placing an order. As each item is handmade and base cases are purchased for your order, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. In the rare case of the item being faulty or damaged upon arrival the item will either be repaired or a new one sent. You may cancel an order within 24 hours to do this please email.

 

HOW DO YOU DECIDE ON YOUR PRICES?

Prices are based on the cost of the base cases, the high quality crystals, pearls, glues, postage packaging, website fees, time taken and tax is also taken out of the cost you pay.
